The software supports single as well as bulk mode to process multiple files. Through this tool you can view emails of any desired file format. The following file formats can be added to view, search & export process, these file formats are: .pst, .msg, .ost, .edb, .olm, .nsf, .dbx, .eml, .mbx, .tbb & .imm. The MailPro+ has 7+ views for mail preview which includes normal mail view, hex view, properties view, message header view, MIME view, HTML view, RTF view, attachments & Hierarchical view. The message header view has come handy which provides details like: ID of message, IP, message priority, etc. You can also lists your emails by using feature as Recursive Listing of emails which collectively view all the emails which are in main folder & in its sub folders. This features obstructs you from moving to the folder & its nested folders one by one for previewing the internal items. Thus if you wish to preview the emails just click right on the leading folder & select recursive listing to preview emails & other items under that folder for the collective view in the mailbox reader in any file format. Talking about another feature of MailPro+ software which is search option, it lets you filter emails within the added data, with this feature you can easily deep scan as well as advance scan the search items. You can search the items by specifying details like Subject, From, To, Sent Date, Importance, Bcc, Has Attachment, Received Date, Modification Date, etc. By using default option you can do keyword based searching on each part of the email & can view any email file. The software ensures to maintain the folder hierarchy by keeping all the data intact after the export process to the different file format. While exporting the files you can choose the desired type of naming convention to name the output i.e single mail file or document file, with appropriate options.
